Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Laze-Off collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use our website, chat and AI tools, Coder IDE, and advertising platform (together, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we (through our authentication provider, Supabase) collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information Google shares with us (name, email, profile photo).
Content you provide. This includes chat messages, prompts, images, and text you submit to our AI tools; ad campaign details (business info, headlines, images, budget); and any custom instructions you save to Personalize.
Usage data. We track how many messages, images, TTS clips, and Humanizer rewrites you use each day, to enforce plan limits — and, for signed-out visitors, a hashed version of your IP address for the same purpose. We don't store your raw IP address.
Billing information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive confirmation of payment and enough detail (like the last 4 digits) to show your billing history.
2. How we use this information
- To operate and provide the Service, including running your requests through the AI providers described below;
- To enforce free-tier usage limits and unlock paid features you've subscribed to;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe;
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to our policies;
- To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.
3. Third parties we share data with
We rely on the following services to operate Laze-Off. Content you submit may be sent to these providers to generate a response:
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — process your chat messages, prompts, and images to generate responses, images, speech, and rewrites. Each provider handles this data under their own privacy policy.
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — processes all payments and stores your payment method securely; we don't have access to your full card details.
- Vercel — hosts the website and server infrastructure.
- Google — provides "Sign in with Google" if you choose to use it.
We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to keep you signed in, remember your dark/light mode preference, and track free-tier usage for signed-out visitors. Clearing your browser data will sign you out and reset guest usage counts we haven't already recorded server-side.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep records (e.g., for tax or legal purposes) or where data has already been shared with a third-party AI provider under their own retention policy.
6. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email below and we'll delete it.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard tools (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases, and a PCI-compliant payment processor) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can review and delete most of your own content (chats, ad campaigns, saved images) directly from the app. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and associated data deleted entirely, email us at the address below.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
